MDB Production - Where and How Green Climber Are Made

At MDB, a spirit of innovation permeates everything we do. Our journey begins with a spark – a solution conceived by Mario Di Biase and his team to address a specific industry challenge. Our skilled engineers then meticulously translate these ideas into detailed technical drawings and 3D models. These models serve a dual purpose: providing a clear visual representation of the machine's design, while also allowing us to leverage advanced software to analyze its potential strengths and weaknesses before physical construction commences.

Once the design reaches an advanced stage, we prioritize protecting any groundbreaking technological advancements through patents. This process is managed by a highly respected intellectual property law firm with a proven track record of serving prestigious companies like Ferrari.

The next step involves transforming the design into a tangible prototype. Similar to our collaborations with select global distributors, we rigorously field-test a limited number of machines. The invaluable feedback obtained is then incorporated into a revised version, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any initial issues encountered.

Production commences within our state-of-the-art facility. MDB is ISO 9001 certified, which means that we a have framework in place to ensure our products and services consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory specifications. Achieving ISO 9001 certification demonstrates a company's commitment to a quality-focused culture. This means prioritizing understanding and fulfilling customer needs, while fostering a continuous improvement mindset. The framework ensures effective internal processes are established with clear procedures for all operations, guaranteeing quality throughout. Strong documentation serves as a reference point to maintain consistency, and most importantly, management actively supports and promotes this quality management system.

All materials undergo a stringent quality check upon arrival, and we maintain strong partnerships with top-tier suppliers – for instance, our powder paint supplier is also trusted by Honda.

These rigorously inspected materials seamlessly integrate into our robust production process. This process encompasses high-precision robotic welding facilitated by CNC technology, meticulous quality checks implemented throughout every stage of assembly, and thorough testing procedures conducted before each machine is shipped. These comprehensive steps guarantee that every MDB machine meets the most rigorous standards, allowing our logistics department to confidently deliver our products worldwide.

At MDB, the cycle of innovation is continuous. We operate under a core set of values – safety, innovation, reliability, and design excellence – that guide our every decision. We remain committed to upholding these values as we explore exciting new frontiers in the realm of remote-controlled machinery.

The future holds immense potential for MDB. Trends like autonomous driving, electric vehicles, and the expansion of remote-controlled technology into uncharted territories represent fertile ground for exploration.

The autonomous vehicle revolution is driven by the need to address labor shortages and enhance efficiency for repetitive tasks, all while prioritizing safety as the paramount concern. MDB has actively participated in projects involving the development of autonomous driving features for our machines.

The shift towards electric vehicles focuses on achieving the same goals in a more sustainable and environmentally friendly manner. As a testament to our commitment to this approach, our factory rooftop is equipped with solar panels, minimizing our reliance on the grid and reducing our carbon footprint. We see a significant opportunity for transitioning the Green Climber line to battery operation.

With the ever-increasing demand for our machines, we've strategically expanded our production capacity by opening a second factory.
