The technologies used are based on the MDB machine Pocket Lift Plus, which uses a remote control system to ensure operator safety. Vision Global Service developed a camera system mounted on an anthropomorphic arm that uses machine learning vision to recognize shapes and colors so that only ripe oranges are selected and placed in crates ready to be displayed and sold.

Feasibility Study
The feasibility study is the first step in turning an idea into a concrete operational solution. Our engineering team goes directly to the field, closely analyzing the operating environment, conditions of use, and specific challenges to design a truly effective solution.
Through inspections, testing and advanced simulations, we assess technical and economic feasibility, estimating cost, implementation time and return on investment. Design
Using advanced 3D modeling and simulation software, we develop every detail of the machine, optimizing its performance, safety and operational efficiency.
During this phase, we work closely with the customer to ensure that the machine meets production requirements perfectly. We perform virtual tests and structural checks, evaluating the strength of materials and compatibility with existing systems.
Construction and testing
MDB turns design into reality with a precise and reliable production process, using only the best materials and techniques. Each machine undergoes rigorous testing, both in the laboratory and in the field, to ensure its efficiency and compliance with regulations.
If the project involves an innovative solution, MDB also takes care of patent registration, protecting the uniqueness of the developed technology. Production is planned according to the required batches and the customer’s schedule, ensuring flexibility and punctuality.
Compliance and certifications
