FOSSACESIA, CHIETI, ITALY, September 23, 2022 — MDB has introduced the new Green Climber LV 600 PRO and LV 800 PRO, which feature numerous upgrades. Updates include compliance with the latest European emission standards, enhanced functionality of the radio control display, a reinforced undercarriage frame, extended reach for patented trans-lateral movement for the LV 600 PRO model, and a new hood aesthetic design.
The machines have been upgraded for European Stage V emissions, including the integration of a diesel particulate filter (DPF) that captures and stores exhaust soot to reduce emissions. In addition, the DPF introduces regeneration processes for the engine and filter, which are needed periodically to clean and restore the system. The new remote control display incorporates visibility of DPF regeneration progress.
The machine’s new extendable undercarriage provides greater overall strength and resilience, replacing the rectangular frame with a circular one. For the model LV 600 PRO, the movement of the front plate side-shift for attachments has been enhanced to the same reach as the model LV 800 PRO. Now each machine will have a hydraulic reach of 500 mm and mechanical reach of 500 mm, which allows working on the sides of the machine, outside the footprint of the vehicle.
Finally, in keeping with the core value of design elegance, the hoods have been reshaped to have the same aesthetic appeal as the rest of the line Green Climber. The design has been revamped to allow for better heat dissipation and keep the engine at optimal temperatures.
