NEW WORK SPACE

Due to the increase in demand for radio-controlled machines, such as Green Climber and Specialty Machines, as well as the MDB line of machines used in the petrochemical industry, we expanded our plant to allow for a doubling of our previous workforce.

Above is a recent photograph showing the new building attached to the north section. You can compare it with an earlier photograph posted on the About Us page.

It can be seen that we have expanded our rooftop photovoltaic system and further expansion is planned on the new area, to remain as light as possible on the local power grid and to significantly reduce CO2 emissions.

The additional space will allow more MDB machines to be produced, stored and maintained. At the same time, the new facility provides more room to think about new inventions and projects, such as electrification of our radio-controlled brushcutters and other specialized machines.

Automated warehouse

We have expanded MODULA Lift‘s automated warehouse robots, which keep some of the items available vertically to save space and make it easier to find items on the fly.

MACHINE UPDATES

GREEN CLIMBER

This year we received a number of comments on our machines and, together with our engineers, developed effective solutions that make our line Green Climber more durable and resilient.

All of the following upgrades can also be installed later and ordered through our parts portal (iSP).

Rollers and wheels

A popular solution is the improvement of rollers mounted on LV 400 X, LV 500 PRO, LV 600 PRO e LV 800 PRO.

This means that the rollers and wheels, which include the front wheel, the rear wheel, and the bottom rollers, are all produced by a new process that makes them much stronger and more durable.

Prefilter upgrade

The profiler on the hood of LV 400 X has been reinforced to make it more resistant to knocks and bumps during forestry work or other activities that can put a strain on the prefilter seal.

This update is also applicable at a later date and will be available for LV 500 PRO, LV 600 PRO and LV 800 PRO.

Motor vibration damper upgrade

We have a new reinforced motor vibration damper (as seen in the photo below) that will greatly extend the life of the motor.

Updating cutting tools

We have expanded our range of tools that will be available for everyone using TE130, TE130 PLUS, TE160, and TE160 PLUS.

These tools include, for example, reinforced heavy knives and reinforced heavy hammers.

These tools will provide a more powerful cut and extend the life of knives and hammers.

TE 160

Have you never heard of the TE 160 mentioned above? Yes, we have created a larger grass-cutting attachment that will reduce the work time and steps required to complete a given piece of land, whether it is lawns, marshes, wetlands, or other difficult-to-access terrain.

TF

The TF series has been expanded with 3 new models: TF 125, TF 130 and TF 150 with “bite limiter” rotors. The advantages of rotors with bite limiter are to keep the cutting speed of the machines Green Climber constant, to reduce the risk of stalling, and to obtain finer chopping. These choppers are compatible with Green Climber LV 400X, LV500 PRO, LV 600 PRO and LV 800 PRO.

Bearings for LV 600 PLUS

The much-loved LV 600 PLUS will receive a much stronger wheel bearing system for both front and rear wheels. To see the assembly procedure, click here. We have created a video and other helpful resources to better understand the procedure. We are confident that this update will bring a great improvement to all LV 600 PLUS owners.

SPECIALTY MACHINES

Pocketbucket

Pocketbucket has gained experience around the world with use cases ranging from mining sites to rescue operations.

We found a substantial improvement by a small modification of the front of the arm, reinforcing the end points as seen below.
