We recently had the opportunity to take a helicopter tour of our area. It is always amazing to see the region from above, to take in all its beauty as the sun rises over the Adriatic Sea here in Abruzzo.
Clients love visiting us here in Fossacesia because they can see the great variety of Abruzzo and its vast green and unspoiled territory. There is the coastline with beaches and the famous Trabocchi (ancient fishing machines) just around the corner. Then, behind us, with a short drive (or helicopter ride), are the high mountains of Majella and Gran Sasso, which reach altitudes close to 3,000 meters. Some people like to come in the spring to ski and visit the beach on the same day-it is a very special experience.
Our region is proud to have a large amount of natural wildlife such as the Italian wolf, Abruzzo chamois, lynx, wild cat, golden eagle, Orsini’s viper and Marsican brown bear, which can also be seen in our logo. The area is also an excellent growing ground for the product line Green Climber, given the steep mountainous terrain.
